Sun City Palm Desert and Sun City Shadow Hills Indio Rentals by Kathi G Lewis
All homes listed below may be rented seasonally by the month or long-term as indicated. They may be rented up to one year in advance of the dates you may wish to reserve.
SFRD - a single family residence detached (no development or in a planned community).
SFRA - a single family residence attached to another SFRA in a planned community.
CONDOA - a condo attached to another CONDO in a condominium communtiy.
CONDOD - a free standing CONDO in a condo community.
TWNHS - an attached or freestanding two story condo in a condominium community.
Sun City Shadow Hills requires a minimum of three (3) months rental contract for any renter to have use of the facilities in the community. Sun City Palm Desert requires a minimum of one (1) month rental for renter use of the faciilites. Both communities require each individual renter pay for a renter's photo ID card to use the facilities; four individuals in the home requires four renter's photo ID cards, paid for by the renters.
