We would like to invite you to sign up for a new search tool that will give you more control of the search process and give you daily new listings matching your criteria for the search. | Quick Start Tips for ListingBook: | |
| After you have signed with the link provided below, you will be able to go to the "Quick Search" tab. When selected it will take your to a form with options and here is what you will want to do: Under the Residential Tab on the left side - |

| Standard Areas | Highlight: -Riverside County -Cities -then highlight one of these cities: |

| Note: There are both a city and a ciommunity called Sun City. For Del Webb Sun City use either Palm Desert or Indio as the area and Sun City as the builder track. Contact me directly for new home sales information. |

| Filters | Highlight the type of home: |
| Fill in the specifics of beds, baths, size, etc |

| Search Criteria | Type in the exact information you want to limit the search: |

| Click "Search" |

| Advanced Criteria | Use this tab for private pool, short sale (short pay), REO (bank owned), etc. |
| Save Search | You can save your search and reuse it. |
| Use Advanced Areas | This is a map search system. To use it you click on the tab, and when a map of the Coachella Valley comes up you can select a location to search buy placing the 'hand' over the area and clicking and holding your left mouse button dragging it to the center of the screen. Clicking the '+' button enlarges the area of the location on the map. Keep bring the location into the middle of the screen by holding down the left button on the mouse and dragging to the center. When you have the location correct and the area expanded to the right size to fit most of the screen, then click on the "Add Search Area" tab and it will bring up a pink square you can sixe and use to make you final area selection. Placing the hand over an edge of the square will allow you to change the area in a specific direction to enlarge, expand or shrink the area. When satisfied, click on the "Update Search Area Tab" below the map and it will be added to the "Search Areas" box below. Highlight the saved search area and click on the "Use Advanced Search Area" tab and this area will be placed into the search form. Add the filters and criteria to the serach as desired, then click "Search". Anyting in the map will be shown so there may be a few from adjacent communities. |
